Price Promise Terms and Conditions.

1. The promotion is only applicable to straight Win bets and the Win portion of Each way bets on racing within the Republic of Ireland and on selected UK fixtures.
2. This promotion is available to Tote Account holders only and is only applicable to bets placed through their account, subject to the terms and conditions as outlined within this document.
3. Tote Ireland Limited will make an adjustment on all qualifying bets on the difference between the official returned SP and the Tote dividend, where the Tote dividend is less than the official returned SP.
4. For the purpose of this promotion, there are minimum stake guidelines as follows:

5. Adjustments are subject to a maximum stake of €500. Account customers may place larger bet with the Tote but only the first €500 will be applicable to an adjustment under the terms of the promotion.
6. Tote Ireland Limited will endeavor to make all applicable adjustments to winnings within a 48 hour timeframe. These adjustments will be credited directly into the Account Holders account.
7. This promotion will not payout at a later date on a different horse based on a Turf Club enquiry after the event. In instances where there is a dead heat Tote Ireland Limited will match the SP of both horses to a value of half the stake.
8. In the event that the total to be paid out on adjustments for any one race exceeds the total value of the losing bets in the relevant win pool. Tote reserves the right to pay out no more than the value of the losing bets (after deductions) in adjustments for the relevant race.
9. Tote Ireland Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately on posting of notification of such changes on the Tote Ireland Limited web site.
10. Tote Ireland Limited accepts no liability under the law in any jurisdiction other than that of the Republic of Ireland. All bets made, together with these terms and conditions, the Betting Conditions of Tote Ireland Limited and The Totalisator Act 1929, are governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that arise out of or in relation to them.
11. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
